I love this amazing little basket! It is extremely well made and is a joy to look at and to hold. I can't wait to proof a boule in it! What a great idea to make proofing baskets in this way! ------- Update. Here's a photo of the boule that I made (Maple Oat Bread). The rope makes beautiful patterns on the loaf.
