My husband bakes all sorts of breads using the baskets I made for him.
He generously flours the basket, but if a little bit sticks, he just washes with water.
He uses this size basket for small and medium round loaf pans.

I can not express enough how I am DONE buying stuff made in factories that is so low quality and possibly toxic. I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE this basket!
