I hand wrapped this high quality fun fabric around cotton line, which I then hand coiled and machine quilted to make it sturdy. I used the raw edge technique with a little fray to add a wonderful shabby chic texture. 100% cotton. The cute witch hat on the basket is included for a fun accent.
