I hand wrapped this fun fabric around cotton line, which I then hand coiled and machine quilted to make it sturdy. I used the raw edge technique with some fray for a great shabby chic texture. 100% cotton fabric and shows on the inside of the basket too! I added a nice green cotton fabric to the base for contrast.
